Rosewood Capri

Rosewood's CapriTM location offers Extended Care services.  Extended care is an excellent alternative level of care for individuals with moderate to severe eating disorders when inpatient treatment is not required and general outpatient counseling is not sufficient. Rosewood’s extended care program provides the flexibility and support these individuals needs in order to overcome their disease.

Rosewood Capri is located in the town of Wickenburg Arizona, 5 minutes from the Rosewood Ranch campus.  Rosewood Capri is a quaint facility with 10 patient rooms, swimming pool, full kitchen facilities, laundry facilities, clinical offices, group meeting rooms, and dining room.

Operating Monday through Saturday, Rosewood’s Extended Care Program offerings include:

This program is also highly recommended as a transitional tool for inpatients to continue establishing recovery life coping behaviors independent of Rosewood Ranch.

Recovery Residence & Extended Care Programming

As part of our continuing care services, Rosewood offers a Recovery Residence for those needing a secure living arrangement while attending extended care or outpatient programs. The Recovery Residence promotes independence while supporting individuals in early recovery.

We understand that the first few months of recovery are the most difficult. It is also during this time when relapse is most likely to occur if left unidentified, uninterrupted, and untreated.

While living at our residence, individuals spend their time outside of treatment programming learning wellness and coping strategies. Individuals also participate in real world applications such as meal planning, grocery shopping and cooking. All of these activities take place with the support of wellness staff.

Family Week is an intensive 5-day program designed to make patients and their families aware of the dynamics of eating disorders.

Participants learn how family systems operate, and how eating disorders, addictions and other disorders negatively impact communications while learning to share thoughts and feelings in a non-judge- mental way. We believe that when families work together and support one another, dysfunctional patterns can be broken and inter- generational patterns arrested.

Family members are supported in making decisions on how to change these patterns into healthier means of interaction resulting in more functional relationships.
